OUR
MISSION
No Stress is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organization. Our overall mission is to minimize unhealthy stress
by exposing people of all ages to knowledge and tools that will
prevent and relieve it. Stress is an epidemic.
In order to stop it, we are committed to providing individuals with
what they need for consistent stress awareness and care. We do this
by educating how to activate the natural functions of
the body – using an integration of traditional,
holistic, and alternative therapeutic methods that are scientifically
proven.
Through educational programs, therapeutic programs, group events,
and fundraising efforts, our goal is to increase the awareness of
stress care, and enable individuals to ease their tension and
maximize their ability to live healthier, more functional,
and fulfilling lives. We strive to create a global
sense of community awareness of stress care, and support people
in developing practices that will promote long-term health and well-being
– mentally, emotionally, and physically. |
